This dress is absolutely gorgeous! My dream dress!! Worn once of course. Train is able to be tied up. No rips or tears. Needs dry cleaning of course, slightly dirty where the back dragged on the floor but not noticeable unless you pick it up. I paid over $1300, hoping to get at least $800. It's so worth it! I also have a little bolero jacket that I did not end up wearing, a clutch I didn't end up using, and the shoes, size 9.5, small heel. Will throw those all in at no extra cost!
